TS Mould Factory is a professional company engaged in mould design, manufacturing & production. Our factory is located in Huangyan, Taizhou, Zhejiang, where is a beautiful and nationally renowned "Mould Town of China".
We have special experience in producing custom moulds, specializing in automotive moulds and pipe fitting moulds. Automotive molds include the car interior and exterior decoration parts, bumper, dashboard, lights and a variety of plastic mold. And as pipe fitting mold, including sanitary and drainage system, drinking water supply, roof drainage, agricultural irrigation, and gas supply of PVC, PPR, PP, HDPE, ABS, PPSU and other materials.In order to ensure the quality of the mold, We introduced advanced equipment such as high-speed CNC machine, high-speed carving machine, electric spark machine, deep hole drilling machine, wire cutting machine, and mould joining machine. Q1: Where is your company or factory?
A: We are located in Zhejiang, Taizhou, We have our own factory.
Q4: what about the samples?
A: After the mold is finished, we will make some samples for your inspection immediately after the mold is finished, and then deliver the samples for your inspection.
A: upon receipt of the samples, please let us know your comments on the samples. If the size is different from the drawing, we will modify the mould free of charge and then make new samples.
Q5: If the items we purchase from your company are not of perfected quality/defective, what can we do?
A: Pls contact us freely within a week after you got the products.
Kindly send us photos of all the bad goods or any proof. After confirmation, we can replace/ refund/ deduct the fee from the next order.
