Step 1- get tooling cost and part unit cost from us

Send samples or 2D ,3D drawings to us in format of pdf, stp, xt, igs.
Tell us your detailed request of mould, including mould material, cavity quantity, cold or hot runner, critical tolerances.
If you have only 2D drawings, please tell us part weight and material.
 
Step 2- prepare for starting make mould

You confirm our quotation and your latest drawings with us.
You pay down payment (50%) for the mould.
Our engineer begin to design mould drawings and prepare mould material.
We send mould drawings to you for your confirmation.
Step 3- processing mould

We need 5-8 weeks to finish the mould
We will keep you up date during this period.
Make the first trial run and send samples to you.
Step 4- Confirm samples

You inspect the sample and confirm it.
We will adjust the mould if you need until you confirm the samples.
You pay the balance(50%) of tooling cost and release your production order.
Step 5- Arrange production and send goods to you
