Logistics Specification
Before assembling the battery pack, the cells must be balanced (at the same voltage). In the future, incorrect assembly or not knowing how to put something together will not be accepted for a refund. Before every shipment, experts will check for voltage, resistance, appearance, and other problems. We can only guarantee that a single battery is in good condition; upon arrival, you can test the cells within 15 days; after that, it is assumed that the batteries are in good condition and there is no need for a return or refund. Contact us if you have any issues so we can arrange a return or refund.
Only an unused battery (i.e., one with an undamaged electrode, no welding, no wear, and a nice look) can provide return. Buyers are required to cover the cost of shipping for any return behavior.
