This project is located in an international metropolis, Jinan city, in China. It is a high-rise residential complex in Jinan. The design of the project uses a large area of glass curtain wall, and the balcony is designed with a relatively large area. It’s new Asian architectural style, whose has multiple ways to express the architectural performance, such as the architectural renderings and 3D architectural animations. For this project, we can see it is shown as 3D exterior renderings in eye view. Even in night, we can feel its elegance and high level. According to the design characteristics of this residence, we have chosen the light twilight color to express the whole building, and to show the unification of interior layout and the environmental tone. In front of the building, there is a large area of water scene. In the three-dimensional rendering, we used the animated water technology to make the water more realistic and more stronger reflection of water. Regarding the plant scene, in order to give the picture more space to reflect the building, we arranged plants in the corners of the picture. With the reasonable consideration of all these factors, this rendering has been very satisfying of the clients.
