Amine catalyst A300 is a delayed gel-acting catalyst specially designed for the production of polyurethane for automobile seats and backrest. The addition of amine catalyst A300 can provide excellent pore-opening of polyurethane products, greatly reducing the use of pore-opening agent, while maintaining the stability of foaming formula without causing foam collapse. For formulations with high MDI and fully modified MDI, the system with fast response and slow flow can improve the fluidity, shorten the stripping time and improve the production efficiency.
