Red Level Networks announced it hired a key addition to its management team with the hiring of Randy Cummings as Chief Operating Officer. This position is responsible for driving positive change within the organization, establishing business intelligence metrics that measure engineering excellence and customer satisfaction while striving for ways to exceed client expectations. His role also includes organizing and managing the service department and integrating the sales department with processes and administration oversight control.

Mr. Cummings brings extensive operations and technical experience growing technical, professional services into high revenue-generating solution providers. His previous positions include executive leadership for numerous, successful companies including IT solution providers, software development, automotive supplier and engineering/design services.
