For the material level controlling, the machine takes vibration induction controller which is imported from Korea, it can feel the rising rate of the beads, keeps the expanding density tolerance by ±1% for 18-25g.

There is temperature controlling device in the pre-expanding vessel, it can control the temperature change into smallest level so that it can save the heat energy.

Steam-Water discharge device can avoid the solidification of the water and the lumping of the foam, thus it can reduce the water entrainment rate of the material.

The main shaft is controlled by frequency transformer system. It can make the turning more smooth and energy saving, the mixing of material can be more even.

When emergency accident happens (eg.power off or there are some serious problems with the machine), the steam valve can be automatically closed immediately, at the same time, the fresh air can be infeed in the vessel automatically in case the material be lumped in the vessel. This can give double insurance for the product quality.

Inverter Controller:

PID steam valve is more accurate to control the steam flow rate. And the opening rate of air PID valve can follow the steam valve through the calculation in PLC. The pre-expanding beads gravity tolerance is more accurate especially when expanding heavy gravity beads. The adjusting data can be stored in PLC and output when necessary.

Auto beads gravity checking device is available as an option. This device can check the gravity of the beads automatically within certain period, no manual operation needed. And when gravity is out of tolerance, the warning system will work to remind operator. Also it can adjust the infeed weight automatically.

PID Valve from Germany-new:
