Product Characteristics

Vacuum heat treatment
1.Suitable hardening temperature of vacuum furnace ensures higher hardness and impact toughness.
2.Suitable drawing temperature ensures no cracks of ring dies and little wear of hole and surface, which improves the working life.
3.In same loading, adding backfill air pressure will boost die's cooling and hardness.
4.CNC control technology ensures the stability of ring dies.Material SelectionDifferent ring die material affects the performance and working life of ring dies. Normally, the ring die materials are 40Cr and 4Crl3.40Cr VS 4Crl3:The hardness and impact toughness of 40Cr is better than 4Crl3, but the hardness decreases from surface to core part and its corrosion resistance is worse.However in practical application, under the same operating condition, the working life of ring die with Cr content 12% is shorter by 1/3 than ring die with Cr content 14%. So the Cr content shall be above 12.5%.Measurement of ring die dimension1.Inspect the dimension of forging stock according to the order contract, measure with vernier caliper, and the deviation shall be less than ±1mm.
Based on the inner circle, rotating table and dial indicator shall be applied to inspect outer circle of forging stock and face runout, with deviation less than 1.0mm.
