Crystalline silicon solar cell maker Neo Solar Power generated December consolidated revenues of NT$2.406 billion (US$80.2 million), hitting the highest since March 2011 and increasing 3.12% sequentially and 300.18% on year. Solar-grade polycrystalline silicon wafer maker Green Energy Technology (GET) had saw December consolidated revenues reach NT$1.320 billion, a 28-month high with growth of 3.19% on month 78.88% on year.

Neo Solar saw consolidated revenues of NT$7.038 billion for fourth-quarter 2013 grow sequentially by 10.2% and those of NT$20.092 billion for 2013 rise 64.13% on year.

GET's consolidated revenues of NT$3.843 billion for the fourth quarter grew sequentially by 5.37% and those of NT$13.012 billion for 2013 increased on year by 31.61%.

Neo Solar said it has fully utilized its annual production capacity of 2.1GWp. GET claimed it has reached highest energy conversion rates of 18.8-19.0% and capacity utilization of over 95% for its solar-grade silicon wafers.

Crystalline silicon solar cell maker Gintech Energy has also reported consolidated revenues of NT$1.398 billion for December, slipping 1.13% sequentially but hiking 79.9% on year. Its fourth-quarter 2013 consolidated revenues reached NT$4.315 billion, rising 5.3% sequentially, and those for 2013 rose 8.1% to NT$15.098 billion.
